Joe has forged a significant presence in the mortgage industry for more than 25 years, donating his time not only to a variety of leading companies but to the industry as a whole.<\/p>\n
Joe built his professional career steadily in a wide variety of organizations, assuming progressively more responsibility each time. Joe\u2019s experience has provided him with a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate lending industry. He started at ITT Financial as a portfolio lender, managing offices in a variety of locations across Pennsylvania. He went on to create the Wholesale Division for Resource One Mortgage Company in Langhorne, Pa. From there, he led a retail mortgage office for Public Savings Bank in Bala Cynwyd, Pa., before opening the Mortgage Division for Eagle National Bank. Joe was Director of Sales for Eagle National for five years.<\/p>\n
Joe became Vice President and National Sales Manager for Sunset Mortgage and was responsible for mortgage sales for over 300 offices nationwide.<\/p>\n
Joe has a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University. He is active still today in many of Penn State\u2019s fundraising efforts for the community\u00a0 In addition to his community involvement, Joe still makes time to lead the real estate industry. He is Past\u00a0Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association<\/span><\/a><\/strong> (MBA) of Pennsylvania and Past\u00a0President of the MBA of Philadelphia.\u00a0 He has continued to serve on both Boards of Governors faithfully over the last 10 years. In May 2012, the MBA of Philadelphia awarded Joe their Outstanding Achievement Award, the group\u2019s highest honor since they were founded in 1939.<\/p>\n Joe also maintains a national presence in real estate lending, having served on the National Mortgage Bankers Association<\/span><\/a><\/strong> in Washington D.C., on the group\u2019s State and Local Advisory Council.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Sue Pacella<\/b><\/p>\n Sue Pacella began her career in real estate working for Michael E. Orlic Real Estate. In 1992 she made the move to the title insurance industry working for a local full service title company in an entry level position, moving to a settlement agent position and advancing ultimately to the lead sales representative for PA & NJ. With her devotion to the industry, Sue began to realize the importance of being licensed and went on to become a licensed title agent in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a licensed title producer in the State of New Jersey.<\/p>\n Sue chooses to conduct as many closings as she physical can, ultimately servicing her clients\u2019 needs at the settlement table. In addition to being a notary public in PA, she is also a NJ notary, conducting closings in both states.<\/p>\n Sue is a Quakertown, PA native and enjoys fishing with her husband Dean and spending time in the Florida Keys during the slow times in the industry. She is also active in the Quakertown Tip Club, Upper Bucks Chamber of Commerce and past board member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Gina Sacchetti<\/strong><\/p>\n Gina is a licensed New Jersey Title Insurance Agent in our North Wildwood, New Jersey office. She is the Post Closing Manager for both our PA and NJ offices and controls all aspects of post closing procedures including generating all title insurance policies and document recordings. She is also responsible for preparing new files, ordering title, tax, and property searches. Gina is also a Notary Public in New Jersey and conducts closings in a professional, knowledgeable manner. Recently, she has performed real estate transactions including purchases, refi\u2019s, and FHA\/VA closings. Gina prides herself on being attentive to her client\u2019s needs and provides a careful assessment of their requirements.<\/p>\n Gina lives in North Wildwood with her husband, Doug, and their 2 children. Gina enjoys spending time with her children involved in basketball, cheerleading, soccer, baseball, and hockey. She is certified in Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork and Personal Training. When she is not working, she enjoys the beach, and competing in triathlons and half marathons.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Caty Seltzer<\/strong><\/p>\n Caty Seltzer\u00a0 began her career in title \u00a0insurance industry\u00a0working for Pioneer Agency in 1994 at an entry level position. In 1998\u00a0 she made the move to First American Title Insurance Company\u00a0moving her way up from Receptionist to Processor and eventually moved her way up to a Settlement Agent Position.\u00a0Caty has mastered the Pennsylvania Land Title Insurance Courses to broaden her experience and knowledge of the title insurance industry, along with having her notary.
