How it began<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/div>\n

The original Raritan Valley Title Agency, Inc. operated from 1981 to 2010, providing title work to local attorneys.\u00a0\u00a0 The new Raritan Valley Title Examiners, LLC, was conceived in response to the changes in the title industry over the past decade and offers a full-line of services catering to each client\u2019s individual needs.\u00a0 Our Attorney Support Service ranges from simply preparing the title work to facilitating and overseeing the entire closing process.<\/p>\n

We offer full service closing and HUD preparation, record all documents, file all Notices of Settlement, and can close in our office or yours, or at a location convenient for your client.\u00a0 If you prefer to do your own closings we will work with your office to ensure all preliminary work is completed prior to closing.<\/p>\n
